The Internet Explorer and Google Chrome web browsers, as well as MS Outlook and Outlook Express mail clients, use a shared certificate store of MS Windows operating system. The import of certificate needs to be performed only once, according to these instructions. After certificate import, it will be available in all aforementioned programs.

Please start the Internet Explorer web browser, and click this link to certificate. Then press the "Open" button in File Download dialog.
